They even ran electricity to give me an outlet where there was none. They were professional, on schedule, and communicated with me constantly to ensure they were doing what I wanted and that I was happy with it. "<p>I received Edvin's name (owner of Edram) as a referral. I asked him to come over and look/bid on a job that I was having done. He was on time and friendly. Edvin came with some of the best ideas to maximize the space. At this point I had spoken with two other contractors and like his ideas and plans the best. I also liked that he would be on site doing most of the work himself. He and his team started quickly and worked hard when on sight. Edvin's communication and attention to detail was key in making sure there was not any issues that need to be redone or changed. This limited the time of the job and addition costs to me. He allowed me to order some of my own finishes and materials, even though this cost him and the team additional time on the job waiting for them to arrive. The finished product was great they did a 100% custom job ad a very fair price. I highly recommend this company and have giving his name and number to others all ready.</p>

"This was our second time working with Ultimate Remodel LLC and we are thrilled with the results. The bathroom looks better than we could have imagined and the process from start to finish was made easy by Tunc and his team. We came to them with an idea of what we were looking for and a wall color, and they helped us pick corresponding cabinets, tiles, and fixtures. They said we should plan for the work to take up to 2 weeks because of taking down the wall, but they were done early (except for the custom door that couldn't be installed until everything else was done) and the quality was top notch. The teams working in the house were also great. We felt comfortable having them in the house even when we weren't able to be here, and they were really wonderful about taking care of our things, including sealing off the rooms close to the worksite to prevent dust dust and debris from the construction spreading throughout the house. We absolutely plan to work with them again for future remodel jobs.

"Waited a year to post a review (never no if things turn bad later). All in all, had a very good experience during the 'pandemic' era. Farzan was a great point of contact, and they were quick to address a few small problems that I noticed afterward (one of the installed floor planks had a crack, for example) with no additional charges. They finished our basement remodel (adding a shower, painting, removing old rugs, installing new wood/stained stairs, etc) within a week of their original estimate, so definitely points for that.
