The issues they did find they brought photos of and explained to us. They were polite and kind and respectful of keeping our home clean while working. Luckily the damage hadn't gotten too bad, and Richard was able to repair the broken brick, lay a new cement crown, scrape and remove algae build up, placed a new rain/animal guard, and sprayed the chimney with water repellant. All the debris was removed from our yard and driveway when they completed the work. Richard is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with!
