"We are very satisfied with the work Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions LLC have done to our property and house. Over the past four years they have done three major projects for use. The first was replacing our rotting retaining wall and putting in a french drain system for the north side of the house which solved the water problem we had that had rotted the old retaining wall. They also replaced our old privacy fence with a new one. The last project that Adrian has done for us this summer was to fix our roof. I explained that the control valve from my sump pump seemed to be malfunctioning over the phone, and within a couple of minutes of being on site and verifying the issue, he got to work. About an hour later, he had the part replaced and my sump pump functioning normally and much more quieter than it had been prior. "LFC did a excellent job remodeling my master bathroom. Tony was very patient during our initial consultation and took detailed notes as I described my vision to him. We turned an outdated bathroom into a beautiful spa-like masterpiece. I surrendered a spacious linen closet in the space to get double sinks. We updated the plumbing, floors and cabinetry; added much needed lighting to brighten up the space and found ways to implement space saving features/fixtures for a more efficient use of square footage - the pocket door was a hit. I initially wanted a barn door- I'm so glad Tony convinced me to go with the pocket door. Tony Heard and his team (Omar, Jose, Douglas and Uncle Merc) are true professionals. I especially appreciated the respect and care they took in planning for the project (pre-construction walkthrough, prepping the worksite, daily clean-up, printed schedules, constant communication- and yes he answers email and phone calls) Not only did we (my husband) enjoy having them in our home, our fur-baby terrier enjoyed the daily belly rubs. You won't be disappointed, we have several other projects waiting for Tony and his team."
