Mr. Hutchinson was so professional during the inspection, that we had him perform the job and get an estimate for other repairs.

L.A. Chimney Solutions did a professional job of cleaning the dryer vent leading outside, with a long flexible whirling brush. Then finishing up with a small brush to remove lint from the dryer lint tray. When the technician saw that there were no screws holding the vent hose in place, he made an extra trip to his truck to get scews and put them in place. He swept up the work area before departure.

I was met by Mr. Larnell of LA Chimney Solutions. The gentleman was polite, patient, understanding, and knowledgeable of what was needed. My brother and I were impressed by his ability to articulate what was complexed and crucial to my needs, and made certain all details and questions were discussed.
