After we had a conversation over the phone, I mentioned that with coupons there is some points to be consider. $199 price it’s not for all situations! We went out to do a free estimate, of course we don’t want be that company who gives you a price over the phone and then changed the price, but if your unit haven’t been cleaned in more than ten years, plus remodeling was done and because of that the lines were full of dust. As you can see it’s not a basic cleaning anymore! My sincere apologies, but I have a name and a reputation to look after. $199 dollars dont even cover the company expenses to do a deep cleaning including furnace blower, coil, main trunks, all vents, all returns, rust treatment and line sanitation .Because base on the condition of the system you need all those things. We actually told you that we didnt wanted to take the $199 and do a quick job because you needed more than just a regular cleaning. We also suggested you to get more quotes and request all the stuff we mentioned you needed to perform a proper and warranty job. I even showed you pictures of the vents and you were surprised of all the objects that were inside your ducts and as you could see this wasn't a normal cleaning .I am glad I didn't take the job because all I did was look out for you , by recommending the right procedure Instead I get a bad review.
