I was given a date very quickly to come and handle the job. Once the matter was accessed, my stove was fixed, very quickly, and explaining to me and showing me the cause. Cleaned up behind himself. I appreciate how quickly they responded and handled the matter. I will consider using them for the future.

Really impressed with this company! Danny was very professional, courteous and skilled. He quickly figured out that our fridge had a broken cooling fan, swiftly ordered the part and installed it asap. He came in a timely manner and updated me throughout the project. Would highly recommend!

Danny from D&M expertly navigated through a series of problems with my Samsung Dishwasher today, 3/14. He arrived on time, was professional, polite and most of all extremely knowledgeable about what was going on. He took the time to walk me through the problem, and you could tell he really cared about what he was doing. Honest, reliable and priced very reasonably. I have nothing bad to say about Appliance Repair MD; they were fantastic every step of the way. Grace answered my initial request for help very quickly and was always friendly and super responsive. Danny diagnosed the issue, the part was ordered, and within a few days, my refrigerator was up and running again. They are very transparent about billing, and I also appreciate the COVID precautions before and during the appointments. I had an excellent experience with this company. They were exceedingly cordial in scheduling the appointment. The repairman, Danny, arrived well within the scheduled window and was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly honest. I would definitely hire this company again and recommend it to others.

Danny came out earlier this year to diagnose why our freezer wasn't cold. He also looked at hooking our main fridge to our waterline. He did both for a very competitive price and saved me the trouble of spending more by explaining how to hook up the waterline myself after purchasing a splitter from Home Depot. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and considerate (made extra effort to clean up melted water around our freezer). Both are issues have been resolved and for much less cost than initially expected. We will always contact Danny anytime we have any appliance issues.

I first responded in the morning and by mid afternoon the repair was done. Danny certainly seemed to know what he was doing and had the unit open and diagnosed the problem quickly. The whole job was done easily within a half hour. He even took the time to clean the inside of the unit and vent. The repair cost 1/4 or less of a new dryer. I would hire again.

D & M was terrific. Danny arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our washer. He explained our options and the cost of each, and then made the repair. He made sure everything was working before he finished, cleaned some mold and mildew out of the washer, and took the time to make sure that I understood how the problem happened and how to prevent it going forward. He cleaned our dryer vent and dryer very thoroughly. I will definitely call D & M next time that I have an appliance issue.

Came on time and the repair was fast and the price was fair.

Everything from start to finish was excellent. Grace in the office was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. Danny, our appliance tech was punctual, professional, and friendly. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and came back to install in in 2-3 business days after fixing the refrigerator so we could use it in the meantime. He also provided some advice afterwards about a separate issue without charge. They’ve got a new customer for life. Highly, highly recommended.

Daniel was very honest about the machine. He said it would cost more to fix it than to buy a new one. But he did give me some advice on how to keep it running until I’m ready to buy a new machine. He also cut his fee in half, because it was an old machine. I only paid $50 for his visit. I would definitely call him again for any appliance.

Daniel provided a thorough assessment of the broken dishwasher and even a recommendation. He was very communicative and not pushy at all to try to get more work - he eventually recommended we purchase a new dishwasher as President's Day sales were coming up (as it would be too costly to repair the existing unit). Until then he put in a temporary fix. His office manager was always quick to reply by email or phone. The pricing was very good and I would gladly recommend D&M and use them again in the future.

I took his advice and purchase a new washer based on his recommendation. The new washer is in place and working. I was very pleased with his professional demeanor and his recommendation based on his experience of repairing clothes washers. I will definitely call him in the future.

Was unable to repair oven door, because part was no longer available, but he repaired the stove top burner.

From the initial contact with Grace when I booked the appointment, I had a smooth experience. Prices quoted were fair and accurate. Danny was punctual, neat and professional, with excellent communication advising when he would arrive. He took time and was patient with my many questions. I would highly recommend using D&M for appliance repair.

When we contacted D&M, we had already had another repair service in to figure out why our dishwasher wasn't cleaning. The other serviceman spent about ten minutes looking at it and decided we needed a new motor, which essentially meant it made more sense to buy a new machine. When Danny from D&M came, he initially thought the same thing, but then spent about a half hour working to unclog the spray arms...something I had tried to do but was only partially able to do. By the time he was through, the arms were rotating effectively. Since then, the dishwasher has worked almost perfectly. Instead of spending $500-plus on a new unit, we got away with an $80 repair. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed we were with Danny's competence, honesty and determination to see the job through. I will never use anyone else for my appliance repair needs.

We just had the very best experience with D&M Appliance Repair and will now be customers for life! Our dryer suddenly stopped producing hot air- it was still running, but not running hot air. I searched Google/You Tube to find out what may have been the issue and called the manufacturer about the cost of the parts, thinking my husband could possibly fix it. We decided to give D&M a try based on the many positive reviews they've received. After leaving a voice mail, Grace and I communicated by text. She was so prompt, informative and transparent about the process/price. D&M was so accommodating and went above and beyond to fit us into their schedule because we were only able to have someone come to the house on the weekend or after hours in the evening. Danny agreed to come at the end of his workday after hours. He called before arriving to give me an ETA as to the time he would arrive. I was so impressed by his quick diagnosis, very courteous & nice demeaner and honest advice as to whether we should go forward with the job. We ended up having D&M replace the part and had to pay only the cost of the part and labor (which is not hourly-based). He was honest about the price of the part, and the cost to replace it was much less than having to pay for a new dryer. While doing the repair, Danny cleaned out the entire inside of the dryer so it looks and is running like brand new (it was filled with a ton of lint which could've potentially led to a fire hazard)! It's actually so refreshing to have a very good, professional, honest and fair appliance technician with a company that has top-notch customer service!! We will definitely hire D&M for all our future appliance repair issues! Thank you D&M for a great experience and getting our dryer working in no time!

Danny arrived on time and correctly diagnosed and repaired the microwave. He had correct parts already with him to complete the repair. Excellent work!!

Daniel, one of the partners came, analyzed the problem and ordered parts to repair the dishwasher at a very reasonable price. He came back the next day to replace the pump and found that there was a further problem that could not be detected the day before. It turned out to be the computer board which would have cost more than most new dishwashers. He suggested that we just buy a new dishwasher and forego the repair. He only charged us the $75 Service Call even though he was there two days in a row for at least an hour each time. His honesty and hard work put D & M Appliance Repair on the top of our list of go to companies. We have already recommended them to a friend that needs repair work. - R. Kahn
