They did a great job then, so when we decided to re-model our kitchen, we worked with them. Jamie was excellent. He and the team that did the work were incredible. "Joe and his team did an exceptional job helping us integrate multiple projects in our basement and the results were outstanding! We had to have our existing partially finished basement demolished so we could have french drains and a sump system put in, as well as a geothermal heating/cooling installation accomplished, after having an existing oil burning furnace and radiant heating system removed. The basement restoral project included plumbing and sink replacement, electrical and lighting efficiency upgrades, framing and drywall replacement, door replacements, flooring replacement, and a few decorative additions to give the space some character. The entire process: scoping, design, coordination, execution, and detailed wrap up was accomplished under a great leader and problem solver with highly credible and expert tradesman. We shopped around for multiple quotes before selecting JD Michael Construction. Any and all future projects will go through this team! We are grateful!"

"We had our master and hall baths completely gutted and rebuilt. We bid the project out to several companies, and DMV was immediately the most helpful. Pricing was very competitive. Luis and the team completed both bathrooms in about 6 weeks - and this was a full demo. The crew was extremely kind and courteous, and worked hard to minimize the mess and impact to our home. One weekend we had a party, and they helped make our home look like there wasn’t a major project in-progress! Craftsmanship was impeccable. The tile work in particular is beautiful - details I hadn’t even thought of were done for me. Like any job, we had some changes to scope (our choice), and some minor hiccups. They were extremely helpful navigating through scope changes, and more than fair on pricing. And on the minor hiccups, they made it extra clear that the job wouldn’t be wrapped until we were satisfied - and that’s what happened. Honestly this experience was a 10 out of 10, and I hope we can have them out for another project soon. Our bathrooms went from blight to bling in 6 weeks - I look forward to getting ready now!"
