The plumber was determined to track down the problem and explained to me why I kept having this problem. The drain opening was too narrow and easily became clogged. He replaced it with a new drain with a much larger opening - so it will deter future drain clogs.

They arrived early and immediately began assessing my plumbing issues. They went beyond by taking time to carefully analyze the real issues and extent of the leak. This involved a major cast iron pipe and they alerted me to the extent of the problem. I was clearly shown the problem and was given options in how to remedy the leaking pipes. The price given was fair and there was no pressure to make a quick decision. I decided to move forward and they worked several hours. They left to get the necessary parts and came back — working until the work was completed and fully tested. They had the necessary skills and equipment to do the job.I was extremely happy with the work ethic and professionalism. They cleaned up as well as reattached my laundry tub. The owner is a master plumber with over a decade of experience which was clearly evident in taking care of my project.

Khuma, the man from Ebenezer Plumbing & Drain Services worked at my plumbing project. He is a very honest man. I was supposed to pay him an extra amount for a replacement flapper he bought and installation. But since the old flapper was still in a good condition and useful, he recommended using it, instead of the new one he bought. This saved me the additional charge. I would not have known which flapper he used, had he not told me. Honesty! He knows his job; he does quality work, and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing and drain cleaning services.

I was very impressed with their commitment. After snaking the clogged drain they tested it before leaving. When it was somehow clogged again they stayed and snaked it again for no additional charge. They also guaranteed the work for 90 days. Highly recommend! Communication primarily via text instead of voice calls was also a big plus. The workers were very conscientious and wore protective booties over their work boots to protect our floors as well.

This was a great experience. I called to have fixtures in my bathroom and kitchen replaced. They came to my house within 30 minutes, gave me an estimate, offered to do the work right away, went to the hardware store to pick up parts I did not have and did a very thorough clean up when the work was finished. They made sure plumbing was brought up to code in my old house (built in 1905). They worked quietly and efficiently. The work was done a week ago and everything seems to be in working order. Lal personally came out to size my hot water heater replacement project, gave me a fair quote on the spot and was flexible in scheduling the work. He and his team were on-time the day of the replacement and did a tidy job replacing all connections and the drain pan. I was very pleased with their workmanship.

Ebenezer replaced the Pressure Regulating Valve which has gone bad and causing a humming noise. He is very honest, polite and performed an Outstanding job. I would highly recommend to anyone and would hire them for my future projects.
