"Bob and his team did an outstanding job on a new patio installation and mailbox replacement. They were very helpful in recommending the patio’s size/shape, kind of pavers, the railing for the step-down from the house and tying the new patio to an older existing patio. They designed the mailbox post to be extra sturdy and built it on the spot. They moved sizeable rocks around the mailbox to protect it from potential snowplow mishaps. I am extremely happy with the results! The patio and mailbox look great! (Psst! I wish I had used them on earlier projects). Bob and his team were always professional and accommodating. "The project included removing a sunroom addition from the house. We had items stolen from the house, complete lack of communication (including dropping workers off at the house and leaving them unsupervised on days scheduled as "no work" on the project calendar), and complete lack of detail to the finishing touches. The project also included work on a bathroom where pipes were left uncapped/dripping and the pipe access wall area not finished prior to installing the vanity. The entire project was a nightmare. "

We also needed a concrete pad for a garage shed we were going to install and a concrete patio in front of the house. Chris came out and listened to my husband and what he wanted. He made suggestions and they came up with a plan. We had obtained estimates from two other companies. Chris came in at the right price. He was in contact with us every step of the way, was onsite daily to make sure the work was proceeding as expected. Areas of the driveway were contoured to direct the water toward the drains which led to underground pipes and away from our property. The new retaining wall is solid. The drains that were placed in front of the concrete pad at the side of the house and in front of the concrete patio in front of the house work just as described. The concrete work is excellent. The crew was friendly and very professional. Chris bent over backwards to accommodate the many requests my husband had. We are very glad we went with Wells Paving and will definitely use them for sealing the drive as needed and for other similar projects."

"I informed the company that the driveway had to look exactly the same, per HOA rules. The company stamped the driveway with their logo. I saw the logo a couple hours after they left. I called them and asked them to repair it and they refused. I was also disappointed that the workers shoved all the trash they generated in the trenches they dug next to the driveway and then buried it."

The old tank was inside and there were several sets of narrow doors that had to be navigated to bring in the new tank. The crew finished in a half day and did a neat job transferring the oil in the old tank to the new, and in replacing pipes and fittings."
