I am so happy with the job Gary Howard, Jr. of Perry Hall Remodeling have done with my bathroom. I had an idea to convert old wash stand and I had to a bathroom vanity with a vessel sink. I spoke to Gary and we set it all up. He did a fantastic job and I’m so happy with it! It’s so unique and I just love it. He also put in a new tile floor, painted and fixed other areas that had been neglected for too long. I can’t recommend Perry Hall Remodeling enough. Their work is always of the best quality and they stand behind their work.

Gary and his team did an excellent updating two bathrooms for me. The team was professional and the work areas were cleaned up well each day. They also provided suggestions that made a better use of space in the main bathroom, and did a great job with tiling both rooms. I have nothing but good things to say about Gary Howard Sr. and Gary Howard Jr. of Perryhall Remodeling. I had storm damage that resulted in an assortment of things to be repaired. Gary Sr. and Gary Jr are truly caring professionals. Some of the work had to be subcontracted (chimney and roofing) and they hired excellent contractors. They were attentive to any concerns that we had during the process. They made sure that everything was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the end result of all aspects are beautiful. I called on Tuesday. Gary came on Wednesday to give me an estimate and sent me a contract that day. I signed it and the work was done by Friday morning. Everything is going well so far as it has been raining since and the fix seems to be working. They were very focused, professional and friendly. I am grateful for the incredible customer service.

I am happy to say that everything was great. Mr. Gary Howard was very professional and polite and lived up to everything that he said that he would do. The workers arrived on time and fixed the gable by adding tyvek and re-siding it along with finishing up the trim. It looks 10 times better and I wish I was in position to get the whole house done all at once. There was no pressure to do more than what I asked for and they worked with me according to my wishes. I am very satisfied and would have them back again to do more work that is needed.

I can not say enough about Perry Hall Remodeling. I was referred to them by my brother, who also had his basement finished a couple years ago. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. What I found most impressive was their responsiveness, professionalism, and punctuality. Even for the first consultation, Gary Sr. stated he would be at my residence at a certain time, and they were right on time, not one minute late. They took their time to tour the basement, and have us explain what we wanted to have done, while they took time out and suggested certain items along the way. They were up front with cost estimates and time frame of when it would be started since estimate start date was months away. They were punctual with the itemized estimate which was very fair and that all materials would be at cost, no hidden charges. When it came time to start, again they were here right on time, 7:30am, every single day. They provided receipts for all materials so you knew how much exactly it was costing and could keep track. They arrived on time every single day and worked very clean and swept up after they were done for the day. They were very professional and respectful to your property. Probably what impressed me the most was the communication between Gary Sr. and Gary Jr. via email/text. The communication was instant. Whether it was to check on the upcoming schedule or any issues, it was communicated and would be resolved instantly. I was able to keep track of all expenses (which is great for your budget) and they would update you along the way with any payments needed. In the end, the basement looks absolutely stunning in every way imaginable and we could not be happier. I would not hesitate to work with them again for any home improvement needs. A+!!
