They were all very skilled, very experienced professionals, and wonderful to work with. I had tough schedule, and they went out of their way to accommodate me and get the work done on time. Ruth Co. came out to replace the copper pipe, extension, and faucet, along with insulation. He did a super job, securely attaching the entire run to the formstone.

Walter was very accomodating while still being able to point out why specific ideas weren't feasible and offered suggestions that enhanced our original vision! Much like my Plumbing/Heating team, once I have a good relationship with a contractor, I tend not to let go. My basement went from a child's play place, last updated in 2004. Walter and his team helped create an 'adult' basement, complete with a handicap-accessible full bathroom for my husband. Eventually, Walter's Home Improvement will recreate every level of my house. I've been here 27 years, and have found a business that can help me create my dream house (read: NO KIDS!!) p.s.
