Ruth Co. came out to replace the copper pipe, extension, and faucet, along with insulation. He did a super job, securely attaching the entire run to the formstone.

Walter was very accomodating while still being able to point out why specific ideas weren't feasible and offered suggestions that enhanced our original vision! Much like my Plumbing/Heating team, once I have a good relationship with a contractor, I tend not to let go. My basement went from a child's play place, last updated in 2004. Walter and his team helped create an 'adult' basement, complete with a handicap-accessible full bathroom for my husband. The team kept the project on schedule, coming in on a Sunday to finish necessary prep work before the tiler came in the following morning. Walter checked in almost every morning, checking in before moving to another project. I appreciate that in the General Contractor, to address concerns in real-time.
