Each morning, Ervin and the crew asked if we had any concerns about the job and even anticipated some of our questions. There were a couple structural and design challenges, but the team came through with viable solutions. The crew was neat and courteous, taking measures to protect our floors and to keep the dust down, and thoroughly cleaning-up each day. With all the details involved in a project like this, there could be many chances for miscommunication and misunderstanding. "We contacted Dave through email to discuss remodeling an outdated kitchen, he replied immediately and met with us at our house within days. It was apparent during our first meeting that we were dealing with someone who was very professional. During this meeting Dave listened to our what our hopes were and using his experience gave us suggestions that he thought would end with a kitchen we would be very happy with. Before Dave left he took pictures, measurements, checked the electric and plumbing and gave us a rough quote to see if working on this project together was a possibility. The rough quote we received was not the lowest but we decided to proceed with him because he stood out as the most professional and knowledgeable. After meeting with different members of Dave's design team we finished with a layout we were happy with and an estimate we could commit to. During the entire project Dave would contact us almost daily to see if there were any questions or concerns, if there were he handled them immediately. The crew from Precision led by foreman Bill were great to work with, very concerned to detail and left every day with a clean work area as if it were their own home. The subs they brought in for utilities were equally as professional. We began with a small outdated kitchen, small dining room and finished with a large open eat-in kitchen. Every day we comment on how much we enjoy our new kitchen and how beautiful it is from the cabinetry to the backsplash to the flooring and counters, Dave committed to completing the job in 4 weeks but finished 4 days early and at budget which was also a plus. "Steve is great! When my son noticed no hot water at 5:30p, I called Monster Plumbing. Steve said he'd get back into his work clothes and be right over. And he was! Very personable and knowledgeable. I first met him when he worked for Len's plumbing. He stayed in my mind because even then, he went above and beyond by offering to install my handheld bidet after fixing my broken pipe from my clumsy attempt to install it myself. No extra cost. Now as a sole proprietor, his fees are less than big companies. Very nice man! Obviously experienced in his field. I wouldn't call anyone else!"
