"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. "Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"Had an emergency clog that flooded basement bathroom. Perry came over and we thought he was awesome. He seemed very kind & was happy to help. Got rid of the clog and even fixed our garbage disposal. Forked out a little over $380 but didn’t care because I was relieved things were fixed. Unfortunately Perry didn’t connect the hose back up to our washing machine so when we ran it, our basement flooded even worse. Contacted Perry to see if he had anything to at least help suck the water up and asked if PlumbCrazy covered this sort of thing. He replied and he said “For all I know you moved to clean and left it off.” I promise you we didn’t move anything yet. It definitely wasn’t intentional that it was left off. However, I am very frustrated that something like this can happen and he doesn’t want to take any responsibility for it. Our carpet, my speakers and a few other items were soaked from this incident and now I’m over here wishing I didn’t choose to do business with this company. I hope in the future Perry double checks that he hooked everything back up so no one is left on the situation we are."

I had a technician to my home who diagnosed the problem as a leak i paid the invoice they sent another technician to do the repair and this technician reassessed and provided a new diagnosis alleged that my Freon was “ stolen” from my unit and over charged me to refill the tank. Now all the Freon is gone again and i cannot seem to get a technician back to the home to repair the problem that i paid for in the initial service call. DO NOT trust this company. I was bamboozled their own technicians don’t trust each others work hence I’m in a hot house and out of a lot of money for a Freon refill that clearly leaked out with the leak that blue dot technician claimed he could not find. Run far and don’t allow these people near your unit THEY LIE and take money"
