Dustin was very polite and knowledgeable. He found the problem right away with my stove and explained exactly what he needed to do to fix it. The parts were ordered and in about a week he had my stove working good as new. Very pleased with his work. If I ever need anything repaired again I am definitely calling on Dustin to do the job! I highly recommend him.

Showed up as scheduled. Very pleasant and informative. Corrected the problem with my frig and will work on any brand appliance. I do think his service fee is on the high side but he came when I couldn't get others to work on my LG refrigerator.

"Hello Karen, Thank you for the feedback. We appreciate your business. Our records indicate that you have a LG bottom mount Refrigerator. We cleared ice out of bottom of refrigerator (no extra fee) and checked the evaporator and ice maker. Tiffany mentioned the service fee before arriving. Give us a call if you would like to replace the icemaker in your freezer. Amazon sells a portable icemakers that you place on your kitchen counter as a substitution. Have a wonderful day."

Responded to my initial call very quickly.Worked with my schedule and arrived promptly at the agreed time.Diagnosed the problem and made arrangements to return later . Brought back the part earlier than expected and fixed my dryer.He was pleasant, answered all my questions and acted in a professional manner.I was delighted with the way everything was handled and I know I will definitely call him again and recommend him to others.Since I am 84 years old , I have been involved with many service calls over the years, so you know I am speaking from experience in this evaluation.
