carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreI first used them in 2002 and had a small catastrophe in my bedroom--the takeout hose became disconnected and black dirty water sprayed all over. It was cleaned up very well and for anything that could not be cleaned up such as my walls, bedspread, and shades they were replaced. EXTREMELY good customer service. I had a reimbusement check by the end of the week with no questions or problems. What could have been a terrible experience was really not so bad after they took care of me. They even sent a painter over to do my walls (which really had to be done anyways). I have used them 3 more times since with no issues what so ever and I will use them again. I used the company in Stevensville, Md. 21617.
Description of Work: Steamed cleaned carpets and appliued scotch guard.
