"Terrible customer service and value for money. My home warranty company asked me to get a quote including the broken part, the cost of the replacement part and the cost of labor for reimbursement. I called Mr. Appliance and they came out and quoted me $336.69 to fix my washing machine. I explained to the technician I needed that broken down to submit to my warranty company for reimbursement and he told me to call the office and they could do that for me. The office flat refused to break down the quote or their labor for me so I had to walk away or I wouldn't be reimbursed. Lesson learned: if a company will not break down their labor, they are ripping you off. Ended up buying the part myself for $43 shipped overnight and Youtube says it is a 30min repair for a DIY'er. So essentially, Mr. Appliance was going to charge me $300 (-their $99 "service fee") for 30 min of labor. THAT, folks, is why we always ask for breakdowns of labor. Mr Appliance: I will be GLAD to revise this review if you refund my service fee. RIP OFF!"
