Above the Rest has become my go-to for appliance, plumbing and other repairs. They have never let me down and their work is impeccable. Because they know their business inside out, they can always make a plan, can source hard to get items, and all at a very reasonable price. It is a real pleasure to work with such a knowledgeable and professional team. Highly recommended!

The man came on time, I was kept up to date on scheduling and when he was to come, he was pleasant, seemed knowledgeable and cleaned up when he finished. Collected price quoted by company and left.

I called Above the Rest / Omar to install a dishwasher I had purchased. We agreed to a 12-4 window to be home to perform the work. I had a work meeting from 9:30-11:30 and I work about 20 minutes from my house. We are not allowed to have cell phones in our meetings and as I got back to my office to grab my phone and head home at 11:30 I found Omar had been blowing up my phone since 10 asking if he could come early. I immediately responded via text that I would be home at 12 as we had agreed upon. As I was driving home I tried calling him to discuss the miscommunication but he did not answer. I texted him again at noon once I got home. No response. I tried calling at 2:30 and left him a voicemail. No response. So in the end I took half a day off work to have him no show / ghost because I was not available two hours before our scheduled window. If he had asked for a window from 10-4 I would have told him I was not available until 12. I understand wanting to start early if I was available but completely ignoring me and then refusing to communicate is extremely childish and unprofessional behavior. Would not recommend.

Very responsiive

We hired above the rest to repair a washing machine which they did and then it broke again less than 60 days later. They had to make a three hour window and said they would call 30 minutes before they were coming which they did not. Then they say they were at the apartment. I said I will be there in 15 minutes, apparently 15 minutes was too long to wait they would not answer the phone or respond to anything after that terrible customer service and obviously the workmanship is subpar

I received a call from ATR and I told them that my dishwasher was leaking water. He diagnosed the problem and said he could have it repaired that day, if he could get the part. He called again to say he had the part, and gave me the price for the repair. He scheduled a technician to come that afternoon. Freddy, arrived on time, and set to work. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and replaced the inlet valve with no difficulty. I was impressed with this companys response from start to finish.

It was a good experience. The technician was very nice and fixed my dryer quickly.

All of my interactions - over the phone, via text, and in person - were all friendly, productive, and clear. I would 100% recommend them. (P.S. It is a DELIGHT to have the water and ice maker working on the fridge now!!)

Very good experience. The large burner on my gas stove has not been lighting consistently and when it did light, it would go out when I turned the heat down low. Freddy worked on cleaning the burner and ignition. He got it running and then insisted we both turn the burner on and off several times. All done.

They replaced a dryer belt on our Kenmore stackable on December 2, 2022. The previous belt lasted 18 years, as it should have. Their replacement belt broke this week, just over three months after it was installed. When I called the owner he said he was not liable, and offered a special price of $189 to replace this again. Horrible service, they refuse to accept responsibility for their own workmanship. I would never recommend this company.

As I donâ t know costs prior to COVID or after, they were probably right on the money. I was scheduled for repair the next day, they arrived during the appointed time. They were very nice. I believe the initial part installed was defective and when I called them to report it, they were here the next day replacing the part, no charge as he told me it was under warranty.
