Mr. Harrison was cordial, prompt and efficient. Although he couldn’t fix my problem that day, he promised to research the problem and get back to me the next morning. He did just as he promised and fixed my problem over the phone. I was able to avoid a much longer wait and a more expensive repair by Lowe’s service department . Since he repairs most appliances, Mr. Harrison will be at the top of my list to call in the future! A+++!!

Prompt service. Took unit apart quickly, and determined problem. Assisted us in deciding how to proceed. Good suggestions. Cost to repair was not cost effective.

Unfortunately washer was too old to repair and we decided to purchase a new one. Dave Harrison Appliance Repair was very timely to access the washer.

I contacted Dave thru the Angie's list site and received a prompt reply. We traded a couple of messages and set up an appointment. He committed to a ONE HOUR window and was on time. He did great work explaining what he was doing and why as well as things I should look out for and fix myself if they happen again.

Refrigerator was repaired and cooling after repair and service was quick enough that I did not loose any food.

Excellent, Dave replaced two parts, grateful I didn't have to buy a new one.

Original repair request was for ice maker repair but I had him look at my upright stand alone freezer on a whim while he was there. It was dead and I thought it just needed to go to the dump. Dave diagnosed the issue with the freezer and saved me from buying a new one. Turned out it was a small part that was not cheap but much cheaper than a new freezer. He was very helpful and explained an issue needed to correct with our refrigerator to ensure it was working properly before I wasted money on an ice maker with a refrigerator that wasn’t long to live.

I had an old commercial stove in my kitchen and most of the parts had been discontinued. Dave was diligent in fixing it, researching the issue, finding rare parts and coming back when it sprang a leak. He really cared (and convinced me to get a new stove!).

Dave was very professional. He went about ruling out various issues methodically. Even made multiple visits as needed. Will definitely recommend or hire again.

So sorry for the delayed review! I needed a refrigerator/freezer repair in the summer and Dave was right there for me. Had the part on his truck (how often does that happen that the truck doesn't have the right part??), was knowledgable and courteous, and I will totally use his services again!

When Dave arrived for diagnosis he put his toolbox on the floor in the kitchen, he pulled the fridge out, tested the electronics and knew he needed to order a new circuit board. He ordered and installed the replacement board in 3-4 days. I thought he did well considering he had to order the replacement part.

Went fine He gave us 2 options and returned in 2 days with the needed part. Oven seems to be working now

Dave answered my email right away, and then we spoke on the phone. He explained his fees and we set up a day and time for him to come out. Dave was most polite and, after checking it out, explained exactly what was wrong. He then ordered the part and returned 2 days later to complete the job. I asked if he did other appliances, which he does, and ended up ordering a part for my gas stove that had not been working in forever. I would highly recommend Dave Harrison to anyone. He was extremely polite, on time, and worked efficiently. His fee to come out was $65 (cheaper than any others I called) and the replacement part, including tax, was $137. The total charge turned out to be $350.

Went well, good quality, reasonable price.

The work went great. David called back after I left a message and set an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, gave us and did the work in about an hour. He gave us good advice on the use of the washer (don't overload--no more clothes than water) and also advised us on the necessity of replacing our microwave.
