I am impressed with this business. It is well run. The garage door would open but had great difficulty closing. The employee who answered my call well represents this company in that she not only set up the appointment but she asked questions to determine what might be the problem and discussed possible solutions. Since the techs would be traveling from Easton to Salisbury, it makes for a productive visit if they have the necessary parts to fix the door. There was never on anyone's part any pressure to install a new door as opposed to fixing the existing one. I got an appointment the same week of my call. Brandon & Wyatt were prompt in their arrival. They determined the problem was a bad motor. It was replaced with a Genie system. The door now smoothly operates & is quiet. The 2 techs were highly skilled so the installation was fast. They explained all & answered questions. The wall mounted open/close control pad is lit & has a door lock switch as well as a switch for the overhead light. I felt the repair cost was very reasonable. After calls to 3 local companies with no return calls, we're really fortunate to have found this company on Angie's List.

Of all the subcontracted parts of this job, this was easily in the top 2 in terms of the professionalism and competence of the company and their staff. First Choice was extremely patient and accommodating to us as we ended up acting as G. C. on our job after our original builder abandoned the job. Due to issues with other subs not doing their jobs in a timely or correct manner, we had to postpone the garage door installation numerous times but First Choice followed up regularly and never made us feel like an inconvenience. In fact, we felt like the most important customers they had, from beginning to end. The staff, beginning with Amanda and Tony and ending with Debbie and, very importantly, the installer, Matt, were some of the best people we have ever dealt with and we have been involved in renovations and new construction of our own homes for 35 years. When we were finally ready, Matt came out and did a walkthrough to make sure we were truly ready and all preparations were complete. He even scheduled our installation for a weekend day in order to accommodate our tight timeline. Matt's attention to detail was nothing short of phenomenal. The insyallation went extremely well and the doors look and operate great! Bottom line; we could not be more pleased with the product or the people from First Choice and we will not only recommend them to everyone we know, but we will also use them again when we build our next house. They are that good.

Debbie set up a day and time to replace the panel.The two men came and quickly did the replacement and its done. I wish every business had workers like Debbie and her install crews.

When a company just amazes you once, you wonder if it was luck. When they do it a second time...well, it's them! Before finding First Choice I had dealt with no response, excuses, and a general indifference too common today. Those phones will never ring from me again as First Choice has any business I may need. Very responsive, professional, and actually seem to want to help you! Great people! Give them a try...their name says it all.

Excellent! Received call from First Choice on Friday, 12/16, confirming appointment scheduled between 10A - 1P, Monday, 12/19. Was advised I'd receive call from service tech 30 min before arrival. Received call as promised and very surprised and pleased when tech was at our door promtly at 10A. Tech was very seasoned, knowledgable and thorough. Installation took approximately 90 minutes start to finish. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend First Choice Garage Doors.

Excellent! I called First Choice (the original installers of my garage door) and they came out first thing the next day. The serviceman (Matthew) called me a half an hour before they arrived to tell me he was on his way. When they arrived they told me the repair would take approximately thirty minutes. They had completed the repair in less than twenty minutes. They even added an metal strip for additional support at no cost. Matthew and his co-worker (Brendan) were polite, professional and efficient. A job well done!

A new home with a very high garage ceiling, too high for us to try to install ourselves. It required steel supports to be extended down from the ceiling. The price was right and several models were offered. The workers performed the installation without anyone being home, they were recommended by our builder as very trustworthy. They were! The finished installation was better than any openers I've ever installed, very quiet operation and easy to program the outside keyless remote. Communications were very easy. Absolutely recommend them to anyone!
