"Wow! Amazing service. I must've called 8 different places in a panic trying to get the brick mounts which hold the mantel removed from my old fireplace so the surface could be prepped for a new TV. Seemed like an easy task (I thought), but it was a little more meticulous than I thought. I called this team and they arrived same day! Incredible customer service and expertise. Not only did they return the day after providing an estimate and remove the brick mounts, they actually re-fabricated the brick to make the holes disappear! This team knows their stuff!! "Great work. The installers we're on time, courteous, and all around pros. My only reason for not providing a 5-star rating is because I didn't feel like the customer service was as high quality as the installation. That concerns me for larger jobs because I need to know that if there are issues after installation I would receive top notch customer service. That said, I haven't had any issues with the install -- high quality work."

"Existing plants (azaleas and iris) were moved and replaced without a problem. Carefully worked around old wisteria vine without issues. Wall was installed exactly as expected. Encountered unexpected problems with plugged existing drainage pipes which needed to be replaced. This was done at a minimum of extra cost and the replaced drainage system was better than the one originally in place. This understandably delayed completion of project by about a week which was otherwise on time and within budget. Staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and accessible. I definitely would use them again."
