This project went great. Jose sent a worker over, Johnathan. Johnathan arrived on time, explained the best way to do my various tasks and then got to work. He ran into a couple of issues based on my home setup that we couldn't see until he opened my wall. He was able to do a nice workaround without any problems. I am very pleased with his work and knowledge and plan to hire again for a few other projects.

I hired DC Handyman to fix some closet doors and to do some touch-up painting and Yonatan did a great job! I was very pleased. Contractor was on time, cleaned up after the repair. Everything was smooth and the slow, clogged drain was repaired and the results were very good.

In the showers there was grout that was starting to come loose and he just put caulking over the grout. I could have done that myself. I asked him about paint in my stairwell. He told I could not just paint over it so he sanded the paint off my wall without asking me. Then he caulked between two wood planks in my floor. The boards are now pulling up where he caulked. I can see that the boards are now separating. I tried to pull the caulk out and it is making it separate and rise. It seems like the caulk is very hard almost like cement
