They also clean up the station after they’re done! I find them reliable, quality work and fairly priced. They also work as long as they need to. For our house they: Fixed the window frames outside because the mortar was broken or eroded and when it stormed outside, it rained inside our house. They changed rotten wood, painted it, cemented places in the brick wall that needed it, put mortar/caulk and sealed 4 windows from the outside. The other project was putting bifold closet doors which included cutting them to size, installing the hardware, and painting them. This was the first time I’ve had to hire someone to fix things around the house that I couldn’t, and I was really nervous. I’m grateful I found Chapin Handyman LLC through Angie’s list! Oh! "we had two people come out and tell us that we needed the gutters cledaned out and caulking the windows because we had rain coming in the bedroom. After have ar creative remodeling inc come out they told us we needed the wood replaced on the windows and boy were they right it was all rotten on three windows so they replaced the windows the drywall the outside under the vinyl and framed the windows caulked put up brand new gutters much better than what we had and the house looks brand new and is 41 years old. I can't say enough about this company and will definietly call them in the future if we need any work done. Will recommend them to anyone who asks."
