"People don’t plan to have their water pipe burst. Seeing as it was -10 degrees today it’s no surprise ours did, despite every effort to make sure the water in the pipes were moving. I was at a doctors appt and walked in to water bursting out of the kitchen ceiling in buckets! My mother was looking where to turn off the main water with no success. He was excellent! Knowing mine wasn’t the only pipe that burst, during this weather, I had no idea what their availability was. In spite of many similar issues, he made sure his guys could come over this afternoon. He was concerned about me having to wait for a water mitigation crew to come out and said he could take care of that too. Unfortunately, we’d already booked one with our insurance, who are coming out tomorrow. The guys came and they were WONDERFUL!!!! They went right to work, cutting open the drywall surrounding the bursted pipe. Took pictures for me so I could send it to my insurance company and fixed it in no time. They were perfect gentlemen. It didn’t take long to see how kind, down to earth, professional and mindful of my concerns. Ya know how uncomfortable it can be not knowing who is coming in your home. I felt so comfortable with them. Wound up joking around with them as though I’d known them for years. The two guys who came were Ivan Perez and E’Nedino Diaz. Not only did they fix the reason for which they came, they even fixed a few issues we had in our upstairs bathroom. They did so professionally and efficiently. I would have no hesitation recommending them to others. To me they were angels with their wings and halo’s hidden. ?"

Both were tricky operations involving the plumbing of an old beach house, and they came up with effective ways of dealing with every issue. The hot water heater install involved moving an old hot water heater out of a crawlspace and putting a new one in in a closet, and the plumbing lines were a bit wacky due to the way the cottage had been added onto over time. But they solved the problems without tearing out any walls, which was great. The other job involved a DIY project installing a bathroom vanity that we got halfway through before realizing we were over our heads. They were game and jumped right in and worked with us to complete the job. We loved how they collaborated with us and were so cheerful about our amateur efforts! Definitely will hire again."

They put a facade and flagstone veneer on our concrete landing and completely changed the first impression of anyone looking at the house.
