Richard was great. Evaluated what was wrong and assessed the situation properly. He ensured that the sump pump was working correctly. Also took the extra steps to address other areas of concern like potential mold. Confirmed everything looked good. A lot of people would’ve taken advantage and try to scare us and try to charge up unnecessary cost. He is very fair and honest. He will be my guy for everything plumbing related.

It was great working with this company! Mr. Richards was punctual, knowledgeable and professional! His quick diagnosis of the problem helped to ease my flooding fears. Immediately, I could tell he had many years of experience with drainage repairs, even offering different solutions to repair. He was very efficient, thorough and the job was finished to my complete satisfaction within a few hours! I will not hesitate to use this company again! (but hope I want have too!)
