KStar does great work. I had a level plumbing emergency and he responded quickly, showed up promptly, and clear my drain. I had a blockage 60 ft. done the main sewage drain that backup into my basement bathroom. I could not find a plumber available to come immediately to fix my clog and neutralize hazardous emergency unfolding real time in my basement. With minutes of submitting my job on Angie, K Star called, scheduled me for a same day appointment, and with 30 mins he was at my hous and working on my clog. It was more than 90 minutes from job submission to completion. I HIGHLY Recommend K STAR for your plumbing needs.

We bought the incorrect garbage disposal, but Kenny recommended the correct one and came back next day to install the correct garbage disposal. Very straightforward and no games for the service.

Kenny called and arrived within 1 hours. He had his mask on and was very polite. He replace the sump pump very quickly., while standing in my flooded basement. I would definitely recommend this company! The price was very reasonable. Y’all should invest in a credit card swipe machine for payment, not every has cash or checks.

Arrived exactly on time. Courteous; wore mask & gloves. Professional; did not push repair or installation after trouble shooting and no urgent problem found.

I thought my sump pump was not operating. K-Star checked about discovering it neither required a repair nor replacement. The dry weather we have had was cited as the reason for the pump not registering...even though we have had a couple of large downpours somewhat recently. I was further informed that the **ball** was in the right position. No, I did not examine alongside though invited to do so... in the crawl space itself.

K. was always polite and accommodating; he was to remove and take away my old hot water heater and install a new one. The unit was delivered by someone else with a truck, and he and his helper arrived later in a passenger car. The process took 4 hours, at the conclusion of which he told me to call the county to take away the old HWH and the box that the new one came in; I reminded him that our verbal agreement was that he would haul away the old one, which he did 4 days later when he had access to a truck. After he and his helper left, there was no hot water; I called him back and he discovered a broken wire, which he repaired. The next morning, I discovered the outside of the unit covered in water drops and the drip tray full of water. I found that a joint in the cold water pipe had been poorly soldered and water was steadily dripping down, even after I turned off the house water supply and the HWH water supply. He returned and replaced some parts of the piping, but it continued to leak. He called a person that he referred to as his supervisor, which was confusing to me as I thought he owned his own company. That person came and was able to stop the leak; when I asked him how he said with a stronger blowtorch. The solder material ran down the pipe in great drips, but there have been no more leaks. They both left, but almost immediately I noticed that the two toilet tanks did not refill once the house water supply was turned back on. I called him again; he returned and corrected whatever he had left turned off in the basement. So: the product is working fine, but I am not at all happy that the installation required THREE callbacks to correct things that should have been part of the skill set of the plumber.

Awesome job. Inspection and estimates were done properly. Project performed to my total satisfaction. I will hire again.
