He snaked it twice after removing the clog, ran the water to make sure it was clear and explained to me that the contractors that installed the pipes put them in a weird way with a lot of twist and turns. He informed me that products/services suggested by another company was not needed for my basement issue and showed me the leaking pipe that was actually causing the small mold growth.
