I can’t speak highly enough about my experience with Burge Irrigation. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and clearly committed to getting the job done right. But what really made the difference was their lead technician, Reid. We were dealing with a complex irrigation issue that had stumped others, but Reid approached it with incredible knowledge, patience, and determination. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem, explain everything clearly, and walk me through the solution step by step. It was clear from the start that he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and customer satisfaction. I switched to Burge a couple of years ago bc I wanted a more personal relationship. I got it. They turn my sprinkler system on in the spring and off in the fall. They have always been nice to deal with and this summer they installed the Hydrawise control system which I can control with my phone. I love it! It's so easy. I struggled with the other controller. This should save me money bc it responds to the weather. And most recently I had some landscaping done and wouldn't you know, failed to tell the people to watch out for some water lines. Of course, they sliced right through one. Martin came out in a couple days (I easily suspended that zone via Hydrawise) and fixed it so quickly. Highly recommend this group.

We had a major leak in our sprinkler system. Martin and crew quickly determined the issue - need to replace older 3 zone manifold with master valve, provided a good estimate, and went to work in a skillful highly professional manner. Issue was resolved with no major problems. We shall continue to utilize Burge due to it's honesty and professionalism.

Cost was as expected. This team was very professional, they showed up on time, worked very hard throughout a very hot day almost to the point of passing out, and completed the job. They were courteous and detailed oriented. I've had one very small issue since the installation, they came out immediately and worked through the problem with me. I highly recommend them. I'll continue using this company for startup/shutdown of my system each year.

Burge installed a sprinkler system for us. They were very responsive to our questions regarding our needs. They were able to address it. They were prompt and professional. After installation, they walked us through on how to work the system. They came back out within a week to make fine adjustments to the coverage of the sprinkler heads. Very pleased!

This was my first time using Burge Sprinkler Company to service my landscape lighting. I also plan on switching my sprinkler system service in the spring to make sure the system is working properly. They do very good work for a great price.

We had a run of landscape lights that was not working for several weeks. Our technician quickly found the cut line and made a speedy repair. I am pleased with the service and resolution to our issue and would recommend Burge to my neighbors. I will also consider them for our sprinkler needs this year as well.

Our sprinkler system is newly installed so I cannot rate customer service other than for the period prior to and during installation. The initial encounter with Martin was very positive and he was responsive in addressing my follow-on questions and concerns. I chose Burge after evaluating 3 companies. While there were minor differences in the approach of the 3, the price and details were similar. Burge stood out based on reviews of their customer service over multiple years as well as their provision of an online capability that worked for our family. The installation was very professional and initial results meet our needs.
