"All Aspects Waterproofing installed a French Drain and new sump pump in my basement. The project also required adding a curb to the foundation. From the estimate to project close out, all of the employees were great to deal with - very responsive to emails and calls with questions and pro-actively called me to keep me up to date throughout the process of getting the permits and inspections, coordinating with my plumber who took out and installed new hot water heater, and coordinating with my own schedule. All of the workers who came and did the hard work were great - they worked very clean and went above and beyond helping remove items I needed to have out of the way for their work and left my basement and yard (where they needed to do some of the prep like making concrete) spotless. They were great - responsible, knowledgeable, honest, friendly, reassuring - and I would totally use them again. Also, great value."

"People don’t plan to have their water pipe burst. Seeing as it was -10 degrees today it’s no surprise ours did, despite every effort to make sure the water in the pipes were moving. I was at a doctors appt and walked in to water bursting out of the kitchen ceiling in buckets! My mother was looking where to turn off the main water with no success. When I got to it, water had been fishing for over 30 minutes! Oh, did I mention this occurred around noon today, which happens to be a Friday? Not only did they fix the reason for which they came, they even fixed a few issues we had in our upstairs bathroom. They did so professionally and efficiently.
