For over 40 years Paul Kingston, the owner of Chesapeake Plumbing has made it his mission to offer quality service at a fair price. We are family owned and operated, living and working in Pasadena, treating our customers like family! We offer Emergency Service, after hours, weekends and holidays, for our customer convenience. Certified and licensed master plumbers provide well pump, sewer line, water heater and drain cleaning services. Our installation, repair and inspection services are provided to customers residing in Baltimore, Pasadena, Glen Burnie, Annapolis, Odenton and other surrounding areas in Maryland. "Mr. [Member Name Removed], We pulled your service ticket for this work, completed on 5/29/18 and have reviewed it with our mechanics. We responded to your call for a sewer stoppage that had overflowed in your basement bath and out onto the carpet. When our plumbers arrived they stated the carpet was pulled back and that it was a very wet situation. We did clear the stoppage through your 100ft line to your septic with our large snake machine, with two mechanics, however it did take some time and multiple snake attempts to get it clear. I want to apologize if there was any sewage water tracked through your carpet and wish we would have heard about this immediately so we could rectify this by having the carpet cleaned for you. Our mechanics are to do their best in making sure to keep the any additional water from being tracked through the house when entering or exiting. We do take pride in our work and always want to satisfy our customers. Please accept our apology on the carpet damage and let us know if there is anything else we can do for you!"
