"We were very happy with the results. We were looking for some improvements to enhance the curb appeal of our house before we put it up for sale. Ballard sent someone out who looked at the possibilities and made some suggestions which gave us some options we had not considered. We had thought it would be difficult to rip up the concrete sidewalk that was uneven and draining into the house, but they had a way to cut it in pieces and popped them right out! They put a facade and flagstone veneer on our concrete landing and completely changed the first impression of anyone looking at the house.
