E R Roofing removed the existing old roof including plywood and replaced it with new wood and roofing. They also installed new larger gutters and down spouts.

They did a great job with no surprises or  problems. The clean up was complete- no left over mess to clean up!

"Came up, took a look, told me I DIDN'T need a replacement, just some repairs, qouted me his price, we shook hands (Found out he was a fellow cigar smoker so I passed him a couple), he left, sent me the same estimate over email, I agreed, his men showed up and in less than an hour they had the repairs done. Now the thing is: He COULD have come in sounding all Doom & Gloom telling me the roof was about to cave in - NOPE! He could have given me a jacked up price - NOPE! His crew came, the saw, they fixed. "I had gutter helmet installed 20 years ago and it has been a lifesaver - no gutter cleaning! My house backs up to woods, so lots of tall trees, leaves and pollen. With gutters at 2 and 3 stories, cleaning was necessary, but expensive before Gutter Helmet installation. Today, I had a section of helmet repaired due to damage from a fallen limb. The repair crew was great. They made the necessary repairs and cleaned and checked the gutters on the rest of the house. Gutter Helmet works great and in the event of problems the company is very responsive."

"Mike Suerman came and reviewed the job came well prepared with thier gutter guards answered all of my mother's questions as well as follow up one from me. Once the decision to move ahead with all new gutters, guards and downspouts he came the following morning and had it done that day. My mother is very pleased with the job and customer service which is no small feat. Mike even went back out before the job to determine if there appeared to be any underlying damage and was very forthright as well as the cost very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and Mike to anyone looking for new gutters or guards. Mike even made a last minute request to move 2 of the downspouts work with no problem. "Home Genius Exteriors replaced and disposed of my gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, and fixed facia where it was damaged, with a complete replacement system, all within 24 hours from my first meeting with them. Their service was professional, work crew was personable and left no evidence of being on my property except for, the awesome new gutter system on my house. Seriously, if I wouldn't have seen them doing the work, you wouldn't know they were there, it was like a Home Makeover reveal or something - the whole experience impressed me and I'm skeptical to a fault. "I hired them because of the quality of the supplies and the price. They cleaned up nicely and returned the next day to install the planned gutter replacement. The only item is some damage caused in my fairly new master bath shower. Somehow part of the wall pulled away causing a large gap at the ceiling and cracked grout along the sides. At the very least grout will need to be repaired. Working with Jeff Leach to see what can be done. The contract states that vibration damage is not the company's responsibility."
