Hired Safe House based on Angi reviews. A service truck with Fresh on the side pulls up. I inquire as to where the Safe House company truck is. Service man said that Safe House is a Canadian marketing firm that distributes leads to air duct cleaning companies. I did not really know this company, but gave him a chance. He eventually said that he did not have a ladder he needed, to work on the return air duct and asked to use ours. Asked to speak with supervisor on phone. No acknowledgement of lack of equipment and the gumption to try to sell us more services as well. We asked them to leave because they could not perform the work and were unprofessional. Safe House later called us- they apologized profusely. They did not recognize the Fresh name on the truck but said they use independent contractors. Overall, this was a terrible consumer experience.
