Retrieved from his car some Home magazine where the doors were advertised. After showing the magazine, offered to take off $100 advertised. Got the impression he was more interested in selling the door without the grids."

Rob our sales rep was patient and understanding of our needs - even coming back a second time as we had a hard time deciding on what we wanted. We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch.
