"They found two 6 foot by 3 foot sink holes when they were preparing the land for the patio pavers.  For an additional $200 they brought in stones and filled both holes.  The patio is 15' x 20' in shades of grey stone and is exactly what I wanted.  Afterward they even put down grass seed and hay where their equipment had made a path into the yard.  I would never have expected that and was very thankful they thought to do so.  I would highly recommend them.

Although we live in a townhouse, the record-breaking Maryland rainfall and the slant of the front lawn toward our foundation had caused serious water build up at our foundation and threat to overflow into the basement.. For several weeks we had been bailing rainwater round the clock from the trench that had formed at the front of our home and using dozens of paper towel rolls to absorb water. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was.
