"I contacted Sean to repair my aging HVAC system. Although I have very little knowledge of HVAC, Sean was able to identify, explain, and plan the maintenance of my current system in language I understood and that seemed reasonable. Sean was very responsive via text during our scheduling and I'm happy with the expert level of detail he showed during inspection. I would highly recommend working with him or his team. Update: Sean came back out to resolve my filtration issues and also fixed some other problems that he noticed in the process without increasing the negotiated price. Again, Iâ m extremely satisfied with the work heâ s done and would recommend him for your HVAC needs."

"I am SO pleased with this experience with GAC and highly recommend them! OUTSTANDING information and research on our behalf by Kelly for estimate options and finding the best unit and price for our needs. Chris was very impressive when he came to our home for preparation of the HVAC air handler/heat pump installment. Top notch work by John and the GAC crew on the actual work putting in my unit. They gave us the option and were qualified to run/install a new wire for our electric needs to have all energy savings of the equipment. Easy scheduling with Monica and follow-up too. ALL the GAC staff were happy to answer our various questions in full detail so we understood everything in this project and could make informed decisions. GAC found a high quality unit (Bryant) that suited our needs AND qualified for a PEPCO rebate, which they quickly filed on our behalf. Very knowledgeable, patiently, friendly and nice person, answer all my questions. Later on, we decided to replace the whole new system with fair price and wasn’t ripped off as others. "I had a gas leak issue and it was later identified that leak was on the outside of my house and Washington gas company fixed it. In the meantime I had approached Michael Bonsby to come and check if there are any issues inside my house. The contractor showed up and said that there is no issue with the HVAC and the pipes that are connected to the HVAC. He was suggesting that if there is a leak in the pipes that are inside the drywall, I have to contact a plumber. I wish the contracting company advised me that I may need a plumber in case the leak is in the pipes inside the drywall."

"Purchased the Angie's deal coupon for $250 for full HVAC cleaning and all vents and returns. During cleaning they found some black mold and recommended deep cleaning for additional $250. They showed us pics of where the mold and other dirty stuff was and we decided to have them clean it since I doubt duct cleaning was ever performed for this house. We were satisfied with the result. The cleaner was prompt and explained everything in detail. We were satisfied with the service.
