They were the only HVAC contractor to actually measure my house and recommended a system based on those measurements, which turned out to be a smaller and more affordable unit than my existing system. The other three just assumed the existing system was properly sized and proposed replacing it."

"Furnace was not operating because the company's automatic delivery system ran me out of oil.
Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again.
The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly.
He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly.

"Pat Ward has done two jobs for us...relocating our HVAC condenser and designing and installing a super cool custom overflow drain for our basement utility sink (so the sink won't flood out if the drain gets blocked when I'm doing laundry). He showed up when expected, he worked in a clean way, the results were clean and effective, and he was professional in every way. He also might be the nicest guy you'll ever meet. Thanks Pat!"
