"My experience with him was top notch. He was accommodating to my schedule. I work nights and he was willing to come to my home in the early evening instead of normal business hours. He assured me the fix of the leak would hold until the end of summer but there was a chance that I may need a new unit next summer since the unit is over 10 years old and the leak was pretty severe. When was the last time your hired contractor apologized to you for staying longer than their scheduled time slot and tell you that they just want to make sure that they can be proud of the work delivered?"
