"I had a gas leak issue and it was later identified that leak was on the outside of my house and Washington gas company fixed it. In the meantime I had approached Michael Bonsby to come and check if there are any issues inside my house. The contractor showed up and said that there is no issue with the HVAC and the pipes that are connected to the HVAC. He was suggesting that if there is a leak in the pipes that are inside the drywall, I have to contact a plumber. I wish the contracting company advised me that I may need a plumber in case the leak is in the pipes inside the drywall."

What makes Bill extraordinary and prompted my urge to write this review is his stubbornness towards paying attention to detail. Observing from his behind, Bill has a methodical way of approaching systems installation. Regardless of my pre-existing issues with duct works, PVC plumbing or outdoor unit support brackets, Bill spent additional time and effort to ensure that the job is done right and up to his high-quality standard. His work is simply clean and beautiful. When was the last time your hired contractor apologized to you for staying longer than their scheduled time slot and tell you that they just want to make sure that they can be proud of the work delivered?"
