"I had a gas leak issue and it was later identified that leak was on the outside of my house and Washington gas company fixed it. In the meantime I had approached Michael Bonsby to come and check if there are any issues inside my house. The contractor showed up and said that there is no issue with the HVAC and the pipes that are connected to the HVAC. He was suggesting that if there is a leak in the pipes that are inside the drywall, I have to contact a plumber. I wish the contracting company advised me that I may need a plumber in case the leak is in the pipes inside the drywall."

"My experience with him was top notch. He was accommodating to my schedule. I work nights and he was willing to come to my home in the early evening instead of normal business hours. He assured me the fix of the leak would hold until the end of summer but there was a chance that I may need a new unit next summer since the unit is over 10 years old and the leak was pretty severe. I had no other trouble with the unit the rest of the summer. His price was reasonable and he was friendly and efficienct.
