"Mr. [Member Name Removed] failed to mention a few key points. This model humidifier does NOT have ELEMENTS in it. The humidifier was serviced 9/25/19, over 4 months ago. We offered to go to his home to assess the condition of the humidifier and, if necessary, service the humidifier at NO CHARGE. He declined. We asked for a picture that he claimed he would email. We still haven't received it. We are not even sure the humidifier caused the problem and would need more proof before just giving out a refund. Item number 7 on his agreement states: "This agreement is non-refundable in whole or in part if terminated by the customer. If terminated by Dave's Heating and Air Conditioning a pro-rated refund may be given." We did offer to refund the unused portion of the agreement. Mr. [Member Name Removed] has been a customer since 4/6/10. The technicians that he is complaining about are the same technicians we had 10 years ago. If we are so terrible, why has he used us for almost 10 years?"
"The lack of communication was from Mr. [Member Name Removed]. This is a rental property in Reston Town Center. We are not plumbers and asked Mr. [Member Name Removed] to call a plumber. He refused since the water heater supplies hot water to the heating and air conditioning system. Since parking is a nightmare at RTC, he agreed to meet us there and have a parking space reserved and paid for when we arrived. We left several messages through out the day on his voice mail stating we were ready to send a tech. He called back at 2:49pm with "that is fine". He was NOT there. The tech attempted to secure a parking place but no one would answer the phone on the "Pay to Park" sign. The tenant was not home. The concierge was missing. After almost an hour of trying to secure a parking place, our GM told the tech to leave. Mr. [Member Name Removed] called and yelled at the GM who told him to find someone else. Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s wife became a customer 7/17/06 and I have no record of any other of his family members being customers with us. He placed this call 6/19/17 at 11:59am and scheduled it for 6/21/17. Obviously he wasn't that concerned about providing hot water to the tenant."
