Tess was exceptional. he replaced a leaking old water heater. When I made the call, he was on another job but since water was leaking he came later that evening to address the leakage. He was respectful and hardworking. He came on time and finished the job on time, the project was top notch. His price was very reasonable compared to others.

Gas Piping
The job for a gas line was not completed in a sufficient manner. A flex pipe was installed on a gas line. I had to call more than once about the flex pipe and parts that were installed that had rust. I would not recommend this company because when you are talking about a Gas line, the results of a faulty gas line can be DEADLY.

This is the first time I have done business with WaterField LLC. Tes is an excellent plumber and left me a very happy customer. The pricing very fair and he was able to quickly diagnose my issue while being patient enough to help my understand my problem. I called Tes on a Sunday. He came over and we problem solved my situation. He offered me options and supported my decision. When he hit a snag with my very old house, his obvious experience helped him solve it quickly. He was kind and personable. His price was extremely fair for the work that he did and I will definitely call him for future repairs. I would recommend him to anyone.

He was a little late, but it was Christmas eve and he kept in constant contact with me about his ETA. He installed a SMART electric water heater for me and the install went wonderfully. He was in and out in about 2-3 hours.

Water Field was awesome. This is an old house with many challenges along the way; in other words - this was not a simple hot water heater install. Even with all the challenges, the work was done professionally, and cleanly. I will certainly use Water Field again without hesitation. Quality work, at a very reasonable price!!

Tes was both professional and personable. There were a couple of hiccups along the way with 30 year old parts, but he had replacements in the truck. As I ve done this same work when I lived in my home, I was not surprised. I live in a condo now, and they require licensed folks to do all the work. After a couple of weeks, everything still seems fine.
