"They did an excellent job cleaning windows and gutters and some roofing. When they finished they blew or pressure washed all the areas, leaving my home looking like new. Tim and Lonelle were great! They arrived when they said the would and were pleasant to work with I would use All Clean again and recommend them to others"

"As many people would say “I ‘m usually not a person that will sit down a take the time to write a review” but I’ve made an exception this time. Last week I was in need of a new garage door opener and as I was talking with several companies to perform this task I decided to hire Eagle Garage Door. Let me explain why, while speaking with the sales representative with no pressure to buy she explained and educated me on the different types of garage door motors, brands, the different types of spring assembles etc.… They were able to come out and install the garage openers on the same day, the technician was and courteous and performed a professional install removed old parts and clean up. When I called back the next day to inform them that my older model truck HomeLink would not work with the new garage door opener, without hesitation they brought a Repeater over to my house that now allows my trucks HomeLink to communicate with the new garage door opener, at not additional charge. After everything was completed they performed a follow to ensure I was completely satisfied. Overall, I’m very happy that I hired Eagle Garage Door the company’s staff made this task a very pleasant contractor experience."

Pressure Washing questions, answered by experts

You should never use bleach in a pressure washer. While bleach is effective at killing mold and mildew, it is a potent chemical that can corrode the machine's seals and nozzles, destroying it from the inside out. Additionally, pressure washing with bleach sprays the chemical into the air, which is dangerous if inhaled and can kill nearby plants, flowers, or harm animals that ingest it. If you need to remove mold or mildew, it is best to hire a professional who will use a safe and effective cleaning agent.

One of the best ways to save money on deck cleaning services might seem counter-intuitive: pay for cleaning annually rather than waiting until it’s necessary. Routine deck maintenance can help you avoid stains and mold growth, both of which can detract from the appearance of your deck and limit its lifespan. Annual cleaning and resealing will keep your deck looking new for longer, adding utility to your yard and improving the overall appeal of your home and its value. You can also save money by coupling deck power washing with other outdoor cleaning services, like fences, patios, and walkways.

You can power wash your screen porch floors on a low setting to avoid damaging the walls or screens they contact. If you’re careful, you can use a power washer on the lowest setting for your porch screens. However, using a hose with a spray attachment reduces the risk of ripping the screen mesh and works as well as a power washer.

The best and fastest way to remove paint from a deck often involves combining a chemical stripper with a pressure washer. Gel-based paint strippers are highly recommended because their thick consistency makes them less messy and easier to apply than liquid strippers. After applying the stripper to loosen the paint, you can use a pressure washer to efficiently wash away the residue. When using a pressure washer for this task, it's important to use a low pressure (under 1000 PSI) to avoid forcing too much moisture into the wood, which could lead to mildew or rot.

It is possible to pressure wash your deck, but it’s usually best to leave the work to a professional for two main reasons. First, power washers are expensive, and you can avoid high upfront costs by hiring a deck washing pro instead. Second, you must be careful to use the correct setting to avoid damaging your deck material. You can only clean soft woods like pine with a wide spray and a low pressure; otherwise, the water will leave unpleasant marks on your deck. Hard woods, composite material, and metal can stand up to increasingly higher water pressures.
