"Installation went very well. Oct 25: Rob Figliozzi came out to evaluate the work needed and brought two workers to install the sink faucet and drain/trap. He determined what parts were needed for the tub/shower and ordered the parts. He texted me when the parts came in 3 days later and Chris Hanes came out to install. Chris is a very pleasant young man and did a great job with the installation, and Rob was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend."

"First appointment was rescheduled due to inclement weather.  Rescheduled service was delayed on day of appointment as the company had a priority call prior to our appointment.  Crew was professional and friendly.  Original appointment was to have the canopies of two trees trimmed.  When the crew arrived and assessed the trees, they informed that one tree had shallow roots and made an offer to take the tree down and trim the canopy on the other tree.  The company's Arborist who made the initial visit earlier in the month to determine the estimate cost also mentioned that at some point the tree would most likely have to come down due to shallow roots.  There was an increased cost to take the tree down which made sense as it wasn't included in original estimate.  We made the decision to take the tree down.  The crew did a good job and were very thorough in make sure we were happy with the job they had done.  They did a good job of cleaning up the debris from the yard.  We would hire them if future work needed.

"You should hire these guys. The little project today was minor - but we had them do a much bigger job when our basement was all moldy from a slow seep in the wall. They were thorough, professional, very reasonably priced and Kurt answered our many questions with patience and clearly lots of knowledge. The cost for that job was $1,500 and included a bunch of demo work including walls and carpet and a bunch of stuff we had stored there. They set up barriers for the area, hauled all that stuff away, treated the mold and put encapsulant on all surfaces to keep it from ever coming back. I can't recommend them more highly. Who comes in and sees a smallish problem and just fixes it for no charge? Call them and if they can't get to you right away, WAIT.

"My 22 year old AC compressor died during some of the hottest weather of the year. Bill ( owner) was able to get me pricing quickly and was able to schedule the work quickly ( another company told me they don't work in attics when it is excessively hot). The pricing was comparable/better than two other proposals I received. Ended up replacing the compressor and furnace though was presented options to do only the compressor. Installation crew Chris, Bertol and field supervisor Mike did a great job; they were polite, did neat work; explained things, unprompted took off shoes when came in house…overall great crew."
