They responded immediately to my request for an estimate for leave clean-up, gutter clean-up, and gutter repair. Edwin arrived promptly the next day. He gave me an estimate that was reasonable and offered to clean the gutters and fix the gutters on the spot that day while arranging for the leave clean-up the following week. He did a great job on both items. I appreciated that Edwin responded to my weather-related concern to get the leave clean-up done earlier. He somehow squeezed me into his busy schedule to avoid the upcoming inclement weather forecast for our arranged day. Edwin maintains great communication so you know what is going on. He did an outstanding job on the leave clean-up blowing, raking, and bagging. My yard was impeccable. He also fixed the mortar missing in my chimney, something he had noticed when he fixed my gutters. Edwin learned that he also does snow removal so I got on his list for that. "Working with Arthur and the Ballard Enterprises team was a great experience. They did an amazing job with the landscaping, cleanup, and retaining wall. I nearly cried because I haven't seen the outside of my home look decent in so long. :-) The brick for the retaining wall is beautiful and it seems to "brighten" the home. Ballard also did cleanup in my back area and WOW! It looks great and no more walking through tall weeds and mint to get to my deck. I appreciate Arthur teaching me about hostas. I'm not a gardener and know very little about plants and had no idea that was in my yard. And I thought this would take a couple of days but they completed everything in one day. Rain delayed the start of the project a couple of times, but still finished on time.  The team showed up on time daily and worked like crazy all day long.  Finished product looks great.  My yard was pretty torn up from the extensive use of small heavy equipment and for the most part it looks good now.  Just a few minor touches could have made this a perfect experience. All in all I would use them again though.
