"Bill Smith did a fine job replacing the lattice under a deck with white vinyl lattice, including building two gates to get to under deck storage, painting the handrails, and repairing and painting the metal handrails on the front porch. He even reattached a fallen shingle on the roof without charge. He was meticulous, professional, and courteous. Good communication via email. Will hire again."

"Simmons Home Improvement, LLC did a wonderful job on my project. They replaced an attic fan and louver system in my attic over the garage. It was complicated. Demetri made suggestions and recommendations as to the system proposed, work to be done and keep me updated all along the way. They finished the job inside and out beautifully which included installation of the system, electrical and replacing siding that needed to be cut and reinstalled due to adjustments that needed to be made. "The Mendez Painting Team did a fabulous job with multiple carpentry renovation projects in our house. Extremely competitive prices with a very competent and professional staff Premium carpenter and The Painters did an amazing job with painting and completely revitalizing the exterior of my house My dormer windows were destroyed all the wood was rotten The carpenters made new dormers windows Trim boards below the roof replace Trim boards behind the front gutter are replaced . Front bay windows. all front windows now are new with composite trim boards The exterior of my house looked old now it looks new. very responsive and clearly communicates the work to be performed. "After interviewing several companies to have our kitchen remodelled, we selected VKB, and we are happy we did. VKB provided a lower estimate than other companies, and their reviews were good. As our designer, Sean was easy-going, accommodating and patient in explaining our options. He promptly created the 3d pdf files with the design of our kitchen, which were helpful to have throughout the project. Adam was in charge of our project, and his responsiveness and understanding were outstanding. At one point we were a bit unhappy with a corner cabinet, but reluctantly we felt we needed to "settle" because there was not sufficient space for a Super Susan. Adam made some research and promptly contacted us with a solution that was perfect for enhanced functionality. Last but not least, Ismar, our foreman on the job was professional, responsive, pleasant, and amazingly skilled. He and his team worked diligently on the electrical portion, cabinet installation, backsplash, appliance installation, and painting. Everyone accommodated us to the best of their ability and always left our house clean and orderly. Well done, VKB!"
