He cleaned the carpet of a 3 story townhome. The carpet had not been cleaned for many years. The carpet looks like new after the cleaning. It took approximately 4 hours to complete the job. They did a bit more than I had asked for but I was beyond happy with the job they did. When I got home everything was shining and smelled amazing and just looked beautiful. Robert, the owner and operator, arrived at the beginning of the time window and worked hard for 3 hrs on my carpets. He did a deep clean, hand scrubbed the recliner and some of the more stubborn carpet spots and then did the regular steam cleaning. His prices were more than fair for the amount of time and effort he put into the cleaning. I highly recommend"
