"The Last Time:
   - Quite a bit of MOLD remained in the grout of the master bath walls.
   - Quite a bid of hard water marks remained in the corners of the master bath shower floor.
   - One shower did not look like it was cleaned.
   - We stripped a bed.  The maids made the bed but did NOT place new sheets (that were placed on a dresser) on the bed.
     If they did not see any sheets, they should have asked.
   - A ring in the kitchen sink remained.  Took me about 30 seconds to remove it with Ajax.
   * Had I notified MB of all this, they would have probably sent the folks back out.  Just did not have the time.
Sometimes:
   - Soap scum is left the grout on the master bath shower.
   - Marks from their black vacuum attachments are left on the stair and base molding.
   - They do not vacuum under three area/oriental runs in the master bedroom (just vacuum around them).
   - Forget to vacuum the master bedroom closed.
   - Do not wipe marks off doors and walls.  Maybe this is something they do not do.
On the Good Side:
   - Dusting.
   - Vacuuming.
   - Pleasant.
Although they are not perfect, we still like them but wish all the cleaning crews were consistent with what they do.

UPDATE:
Maid Bright really cares about customer satisfaction and ensured that the most recent cleaning was excellent and that future cleanings will also be excellent.

Of note, the cleaning crew that cleaned in January (see "The Last Time" above) was not the regular crew and we did leave Clorox by the master  bath.

We almost always have the same crew (a great thing) and they made sure the house was cleaned properly this time.
