We were looking to increase our attic insulation and met The Home Doctor Company at the Capital Remodel and Garden Show in February 2025 as well as some other companies. We consulted with several companies and decided to go with The Hone Doctor for our attic insulation. The company rep, Chris Lear, was very good explaining what they would do and why our attic needed R-38 insulation. I knew we needed more but did not realize our attic was only R-13. I have worked with numerous contractors before on projects and felt this was a really good company plus they have great reviews. The installation of the attic insulation went very well. They do install siding as well but decided to put this project off for now. Would highly recommend this company.

This company is very disorganized and unreliable. First someone chatted me through the Angi app. Then someone called me and said they would have a manager follow up. That never happened, but I assumed my request was in their system. So then I went to the scheduling tool on their website and booked an estimate. I received a confirmation email and multiple reminder emails afterward. No one showed up. I called customer service. They told me you can't actually book anything through their online booking system. Instead, your "reservation" is supposed to prompt one of their reps to call you and make an "official" reservation. Useless!

The Home Doctor recently installed my new roofing system and did a wonderful job! My neighbor had used them and I saw their yard sign and gave them a call. They had their team out to my house within a week and then my roof installed within 2 weeks from then! My sales representative Daniella was incredible. I may have called her 10 times with questions before install and I was always able to reach her, I don't think I ever have to leave a message for her to call me back! Once the roof was installed Daniella came out to my house to make sure all went well and she even helped me with getting all the paperwork for my new roof sent over to my insurance company. I plan on doing my front door next year and will definitely be giving the home doctor and Daniella a call when I am ready.
