In addition, it is not accessible to heavy machinery. We experienced significant drainage and erosion issues. The team put in two French drains to help with erosion and Leisha developed a planting plan that leaned toward natives, would provide multiple season colors, aid in water control and would thrive in our complex soil conditions. They also installed an irrigation system to help set us up for success. The team has returned multiple times to check on the plantings and provide additional upkeep and guidance The yard turned out beautiful and I am extremely pleased. "I want to start off by saying that M&L landscaping did an amazing job with my yard from start to finish. I contacted with Leo on Saturday and he was able to come by the house the next day. We walked through the yard and talked about ideas for a design for the front of the yard (add color the the landscape and reseed the grass) and also clean up the long neglected backyard. Leo was very friendly, made me feel confident in his feedback and comfortable to proceed with the project. Leo and his crew came the next week and finished the job over a three day period. I’ve been with them for years and am disabled and rely on them to get my aide into my house and me out by 6:30 a.m. (early in the morning!). I have had the same crew for years so they know what is important to me in terms of priorities, etc. I have severe osteoporosis and need to walk every day so they need to get the snow off down to the pavement and they do.
