"Leisha and the team at Garden’s by the Yard helped me address some very difficult landscaping issues. Our lot borders conservation land and is slopped and extremely rocky. In addition, it is not accessible to heavy machinery. We experienced significant drainage and erosion issues. The team put in two French drains to help with erosion and Leisha developed a planting plan that leaned toward natives, would provide multiple season colors, aid in water control and would thrive in our complex soil conditions. They also installed an irrigation system to help set us up for success. The team has returned multiple times to check on the plantings and provide additional upkeep and guidance The yard turned out beautiful and I am extremely pleased. Leisha and her team were knowledgeable and easy to work with. The crews were hard-working and extremely respectful of our property."

"Silvio and his crew are the absolute best. Hire them - you will be glad you did! Silvio came out the day that I called him, and I had a very fair quote from him that evening. He was very involved in the project, and I could always reach him when I needed to talk to him. They turned my small, neglected back and side yard into a place that brings me so much joy! They put up a new retaining wall, graded the back yard and put down sod, and installed a magnificent side patio. What a difference!! They also removed some old shrubs and landscaped with mulch and crushed stone. They even made a very cool rock garden out of the large boulders that they dug up from my back yard! Silvio's crew was talented and so hard-working. The guys worked very long days, and they cleaned up each night before they left. SRS Construction and Landscape is the best! I will definitely be using them again!"

"I contacted four landscapers through Angie's List. Two never responded; one got back to me but couldn't do the work for weeks. John's responded quickly, popped by to survey the job (without me even knowing!) and was able to schedule it within the week. Two men came by and worked for three or four hours on the bed. It was too tough for a tiller, so in the end they used an industrial aerator to loosen the dirt/roots, then raked it out. They did a great job, were very careful of the surrounding garden decorations, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. The job came in right on estimate, despite it being harder than they thought."

"I want to start off by saying that M&L landscaping did an amazing job with my yard from start to finish. I contacted with Leo on Saturday and he was able to come by the house the next day. We walked through the yard and talked about ideas for a design for the front of the yard (add color the the landscape and reseed the grass) and also clean up the long neglected backyard. Leo was very friendly, made me feel confident in his feedback and comfortable to proceed with the project. Leo and his crew came the next week and finished the job over a three day period. Throughout Leo kept in touch about the progress of the project daily and made sure that we were happy with results thus far. At end of the project, I have to say my yard has never looked better. I’ve been with them for years and am disabled and rely on them to get my aide into my house and me out by 6:30 a.m. (early in the morning!). I have had the same crew for years so they know what is important to me in terms of priorities, etc. I have severe osteoporosis and need to walk every day so they need to get the snow off down to the pavement and they do.
