He had great attention to detail in preparing our walls, clarity in explaining what to expect in the finished product, and he wound up doing a few little extras just because he thought it would look better (painted our old heating grates, scraped old paint from years ago off our wood floors). He had a nice crew--polite, kind, and really hard workers. And after he was done, he offered to come back to touch up anything we found. Overall great experience."
