I called Kris U. in a panic because an unethical contractor had totally messed up our very expensive HVAC system, and the condensers had been sitting unconnected for 18 months! Called Sila, they had no idea what to do. Called Kris and he sent in Gregg H. to reconnect everything, drain the condensers and recharge them again. He did a great job and it turned out we did not have to buy new condensers -- hooray!

"First, Keith is a professional. Although that may seem obvious, he is extremely well acquainted with the equipment he and the guys service. He looks at the most likely explanation for an issue first before jumping to other possibilities. Once the issue is identified, he does not take shortcuts. Second, the guys he employs like him. "I wanted to clean a second floor dryer vent hose that was loaded solid with lint. It was worse than I thought! Packed solid! It became evident that this was a messy and dangerous situation as it was a fire hazard. Through Angi I found Everclean and the co. was a perfect fit. HVAC companies don’t do dryer vents. Justin from Everclean was awesome and got the problem straightened out. He even discovered the dryer vent had become disconnected from outside dryer vent door! I can’t fit through the narrow attic hatchway as my shoulders are a bit too wide, so I depended on Justin. Finally, everything is buttoned up, and our clothes now dry in half the time. Cost was moderate and was money well invested. Dryer vent fire danger is now negligible compared to before. Along with neighbor hatred danger. I would hire Everclean again if needed again."

"Chris was fantastic! Our usual HVAC company couldn't come out until over 48 hours later, and it was in the 90's out - the house was getting hot! Chris was recommended on a local FB page and he was able to come that day. He was professional and answered all our questions in terms we could understand. We hadn't had out unit cleaned in the 4 years we've lived in our home. Chris offered to come out and give it a good cleaning the following week for a very reasonable price. When he was finished, the unit was quieter and it honestly seems more efficient. Chris will be our new "regular" HVAC person! I will recommend Chris to my friends and family needing HVAC service."
