740 Bay State Pump called me in response to an online service request. During the call, the Bay State Pump representative diagnosed the problem - a simple switch reset. Didn't cost me a penny, and my pump was working again. Next time I have a problem that needs service, they will get my business.
Installed a Mitsubishi mini split heat pump system. It cool's and heats a single rooms or a whole home using ductless technology. Great job by everyone that works for Basnett Plumbing, Heating & AC.
We had a cesspool that filled with melting snow and needed to be pumped ASAP. They came right out the same day and got it done. Their price went up a little from the past and they charged a $50 emergency fee which they had not done in the past. But well worth it for their responsiveness. ...

I did pay it because I wanted to expedite solving the problem for the tenants, but I now regret as their dishwasher is not working and I suspect the plumber failed to reconnect everything probably."
